Competitive Multi-Sport ($200/month)
 

INCLUDED:

  • 4x Bike/Run power & pace-based workouts each week based on specific individual strengths and weaknesses

  • 2x Strength sessions each week

  • Ideal for age-group athletes looking to move towards the podium or complete a PB in their chosen event

  • Designed to complement a masters swim program

  • Participants should be able to bike 90mins and run 60mins continuously to start.

 

Recreational Multisport ($150/month)

INCLUDED:

  • 3x Bike/Run each week based on threshold power and pace

  • 2x Strength sessions each week

  • Ideal for age-group athletes looking to increase distance from an Olympic to 70.3 distance event or improve upon a previous sprint or Olympic event

  • Designed to complement a masters swim program

  • Participants should be able to bike 60mins and run 30mins continuously to start.

 

Intro to Multisport ($125/month)

INCLUDED:

  • 2x Bike/Run each week based RPE

  • 1x Strength sessions each week

  • Ideal for age-group athletes looking to complete their first Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon

  • Designed to complement an intro to swim program

  • No pre-requisites to start the program
