Walt Disney World has not yet released their official race weekend itinerary (coming late May 2024), but we can anticipate a race weekend schedule that may look like this:

Sun. Feb 23 | 21.1k race

The cost of your vacation is 100% customizable! Our Disney agent will customize your vacation for your needs and budget, while offering curated suggestions and expert advice. We will make every effort to offer you the best deal and advice for you or your group.

$200 USD (per room, can be split among guests sharing a room)

Value resort: Approx. $1645 USD per room

5. Flights*
Direct 3.5hrs flight from YOW to ORL: Approx. $250 - $514 round trip
*quote is for an economy adult ticket without add-ons

PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLANS
Pick any solution that works for you.
$200 USD is required to reserve your spot (resorts will fill up so reserve early) but your deposit is refundable up to 30 days before departure.
All vacation costs are payable to Danielle at Pure Magic Vacations and payments can be made in any denomination, at any frequency (ie: pay bi weekly, monthly or just once - it's up to you!) Payment can be made via. credit card or Disney gift card. Danielle will discuss your options with you.
Your total vacation cost is due 30 days before departure. Runners must register for their running event on their own. We very strongly suggest registering on race registration opening date (July 30, 2024) to avoid a quick sell-out event, which is likely.
We recommend booking your flights separately but you may ask for assistance if you prefer!

Your package includes a complimentary training program for your event, led and monitored by lead run coach, Jenna Ladd. Your program will be distributed 6 months before departure.

Vacation participants do not need to be members of Iron North. We welcome and encourage guests from all around the world!

Vacation cancellation fees and booking policies will be discussed with your agent upon reservation.

Walt Disney World resort offers complimentary transportation from all resorts to each theme park! No car rentals or taxis required.

Walt Disney World 2025 vacations will also include a free water park visit on your check in day! BONUS.

As a fluently bilingual (English/French) mother to four Disney loving kids, I have become an expert on large family travel with babies, toddlers and school aged children. From the first time that my now eight year old son saw Mickey Mouse himself, our daughters reactions to seeing their makeovers after a visit to the Bibbibi Bobbibi Boutique at Magic Kingdom Park, Peter Pan flying around Tomorrowland while holding our sons hand, to Grumpy bending over to allow our just turned one year old to play with his nose during Story Book Dining at Artist Point - I have so many memories tied to our family vacations to Walt Disney World.
